Monday - Bah + Humbug

Driving into work this morning, I found myself giving thanks that Thanksgiving is over and I don't have to give thanks any more if I don't want to.

One holiday down, two more to go. My favorite is New Years, because that means all of this is over for 11 more months.

In the meanwhile, Christmas must be dealt with, and dealt with severely...

I noticed that so many of your entries start with a "on the way to work.." kind of statement. I am not nearly that alert. I don't even drive in. I ride the train. I don't even look out the window. I play on my palm or close my eyes so that people will not talk to me.

...except the one day that I caught a flying midgit on the train...
That was a banner day.

I live in a rural area outside of Houston and work in The Heights. I drive 34 miles every morning, so I spend a lot of time in my car.

Public transportation is not even an option for me.

Flying midgit? Cool! Haven't seen one of those on my comute yet...

if you only knew about my facination with midgits....
They make me giddy. It is all I can do to not pick them up squeeling with delight and swing them around.
My first date with Snuffy, he gave me a CD of midget porn. I shall fall in love with him.
She was standing on the train, wouldn't take a seat anyone offered her. The train lurched and she went flying. I caught her. Didn't want to put her down, but didn't want to freak her out.
