Tuesday - The Duck is OUT

I'm off to far east Texas to spend a few days at my father's lake house. I've opted not to take the Obama stickers off my car, even though I will be passing through the town of Vidor, which has a bit of a scary reputation. The place is about 150 years behind the rest of the united states.

Anyway, if I get shot, I just want to say it's been nice to know all of you. If I don't, I'll be posting again next week.

I always make a point of rolling my windows down and playing Public Enemies "Fear of a Black Planet" on the CD player as I roll through Vidor on the way to gamble in Lake Charles. So far no problems, but good luck.
