Thursday - Red trucks and new tattoos

Driving along today, I noticed that all of the pickup trucks on the road were red. This struck me as unusual. I always see a lot of pickup trucks on my drive in; it has to do with where I live. Even the people who don't need pickup trucks drive them for the status of driving one.

Normally there is a nice color mix - blue, black, goldish, green, white and so on. But today they were all red.

And it's not like someone went out and painted them all last night, either. Some of the trucks were faded red, rusted red, scratched red, dented red and pealing red. Then, a shiny cobalt blue truck pulled up next to me, engine roaring. Damned if it wasn't the Grim Reaper in his ride, coming back to his station after a visit to a 24-hour tattoo parlor. He looked over at me, and winked.

I hate that guy.
