She didn't tell me much at that time. She was very upset and mostly she just cried and talked about my mother.

I know she came to Texas about a year ago and visited with my father, but I didn't learn about it until after she was gone, so I kind of missed my opportunity to meet her. He didn't tell me much about the visit, but he's a man of very few words.

I hope her life got easier. It's hard to imagine that it could have gotten any worse.
